Help Center

November 21, 2008 Note that a new "Discussion" section has been posted on the IdahoSummit.org site to allow continued communication about topics presented at the recent 2008 event. One section is titled "Summit Talk" and contains opportunities to discuss the past present and future of IES.

November 17, 2008 - Gary Grimm developed a presentation for the 2008 Summit using another Ning.com networking format to share geographic places, ideas, knowledge and project sources related to GeoSpatial Web, Common Adventure and Networking concepts. Please visit the link above for more details.

November 14, 2008 - A final planning committee conference call was held today. People are meeting in Boise in the afternoon and evening of Monday November 17 for final preparations for the Summit.

October 29, 2008 - Note that a new 2008 Summit website is now available providing details about the speakers, sessions and registration. The dates are November 18-19, in Boise.

July 15, 2008 - Note! The IES 2008 Planning Network has been changed to a "Public" status instead of "Private." Interest Groups can still be designated as "private" by group organizers if desired.

When this IES 2008 planning project was started on April 21, 2008, the request was made that it be kept "Private" to only those who were invited. However, it appears that some people who might join have not, possibly because they could not browse the site to see where their interests may be before they joined. If you are new please feel free to join in and help plan the next Summit to be held November 18-19, in Boise.

Please use the Ning "Help Center" for details about how to participate in, use and contribute to this customizable network.

Note that the "Forum" is a place for more general discussions and the "Groups" area is divided into committees or project discussions for IES 2008. You will need to "join" a group to contribute and receive notices from others in the same group. (New groups may be added in the future by any Network member as needed,)
